Prior to dispatch, we provide Quality Check (QC) images of your product VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP for approval.

Once the QC images are approved by you, the order is considered final and not eligible for return.
Exchanges

Exchanges are not available once the order has been shipped.

We share detailed QC images and measurements THROUGH WHATSAPP OR EMAIL before dispatch to ensure transparency.

After approval, the product is finalized and cannot be exchanged.

By approving the QC images:

You confirm that you are satisfied with the product’s quality, design, and measurements.

You agree to proceed with shipping under the terms outlined above.
- If QC not approved within 7 days ORDER will be shipped regardless.
