Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable once an order has been placed.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns after the order has been shipped.

  • Prior to dispatch, we provide Quality Check (QC) images of your product VIA EMAIL OR WHATSAPP for approval.

  • Once the QC images are approved by you, the order is considered final and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available once the order has been shipped.

  • We share detailed QC images and measurements THROUGH WHATSAPP OR EMAIL before dispatch to ensure transparency.

  • After approval, the product is finalized and cannot be exchanged.

Order Confirmation

By approving the QC images:

  • You confirm that you are satisfied with the product’s quality, design, and measurements.

  • You agree to proceed with shipping under the terms outlined above.

  • If QC not approved within 7 days ORDER will be shipped regardless.
